Just got in from swimming with church, feeling very unfit I didn’t realize how hard swimming is when you don’t do it a lot. The last time I was swimming was before James was born and he is three. Good fun though nice to spend some time with friends from church it is better than seeing only at church on a Sunday. A good fellowship builder.
