Fun at the Park!

We all went to the park yesterday morning and had a good time, I got a bit arty. To be honest there was a butterfly on this but it flew away but I like the look of it. 

My farther inlaw saw this and said it was nice so I took this photo.

Only three of these in the garden this year there were more but Mandy dos't like them so she pulls them up.

Bithday today

I am 33 today and I am happy.

Belton House

I have had a great day out today at Belton House, we only went a few miles form home. We took a few things to eat and had a picnic and just had a nice family day out . The weather was warm and the wind was just right to keep you cool. James had a fun time on the adventure playground and Mandy and I enjoyed the gardens and house.

It is hard to think that this girl is 16 and called Christina, she has HIV! 
This is a photo by  Hazel Thompson a multi-award winner, Thompson has created a series of portraits of HIV infected teenagers facing social exclusion in Romania. These teenagers are the legacy of the humanitarian crisis after the fall of Ceausecu, that most of us will remember being featured on UK news as young children in orphanages over a decade ago.
